1. Nature of Service

Nyay360 is a self-help consumer complaint drafting platform. We provide:

• Guided complaint drafting tools
• Complaint letter templates and formats
• Educational summaries of consumer protection processes
• PDF and email format generation

We are NOT a law firm, legal service provider, or government authority. We do not provide legal representation or advice.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
• You are responsible for verifying complaint content before submission
• You must not use our service for fraudulent or false complaints
• You must not upload sensitive credentials (OTPs, passwords, full card numbers)
• You are responsible for any action taken based on generated content

3. Payment Terms

• Preview is free. Unlock is ₹99 per complaint (one-time)
• Payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details
• Refund within 24 hours if PDF not downloaded — see Refund Policy
• No refund after PDF download

4. Accuracy of Content

Regulator guidelines, timelines, and procedures mentioned on the platform are for educational purposes only. They are summaries and may not reflect the latest official rules. Always verify official information from the relevant regulator's website before acting on it. Fields marked "VERIFY_OFFICIAL_SOURCE" must be confirmed before use.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Using Nyay360 does not guarantee that your complaint will be resolved, accepted, or result in any particular outcome. Success depends entirely on the strength of your case, the response of the company/regulator, and many other factors outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

Nyay360 owns the platform, templates, and code. Complaint content you enter remains yours. We grant you a limited licence to use generated complaint letters for your personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyay360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the specific complaint in question.

8. Governing Law
